溶栓兼造影功能纳米靶向诊疗体系的构建及其作用机制（重庆市自然科学基金面上项目）

血栓的形成常常引发心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、肺栓塞等心脑血管疾病，对人体健康造成极大威胁。然而，由于当前临床医疗成像手段的不足，血栓的诊断（成像）仅限于血栓成型晚期，由此导致的治疗窗口狭窄常常让患者错失最佳治疗时机。此外，传统注射给药方式下的溶栓药物面临半衰期短，剂量不易控制，以及易引发局部出血等问题。鉴于此，本课题旨在建构一种兼具溶栓与成像功能的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系。借助该体系对血栓的靶向粘附性，对血栓进行近红外成像，实现对血栓的定位与示踪，取得血栓诊断效果；与此同时，近红外响应下的光热转化，驱使该体系可以靶向地在血栓处释放溶栓药物，实现对血凝块的消融，达到血栓清除的目的。本研究以常见的近红外响应为基础，借助全新构建的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系，同时实现血栓早期诊断与靶向给药，藉此有望减少血栓相关疾病的发病率，研究意义重大。
