血栓的形成常常引发心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、肺栓塞等心脑血管疾病,对人体健康造成极大威胁。然而,由于当前临床医疗成像手段的不足,血栓的诊断(成像)仅限于血栓成型晚期,由此导致的治疗窗口狭窄常常让患者错失最佳治疗时机。此外,传统注射给药方式下的溶栓药物面临半衰期短,剂量不易控制,以及易引发局部出血等问题。鉴于此,本课题旨在建构一种兼具溶栓与成像功能的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系。借助该体系对血栓的靶向粘附性,对血栓进行近红外成像,实现对血栓的定位与示踪,取得血栓诊断效果;与此同时,近红外响应下的光热转化,驱使该体系可以靶向地在血栓处释放溶栓药物,实现对血凝块的消融,达到血栓清除的目的。本研究以常见的近红外响应为基础,借助全新构建的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系,同时实现血栓早期诊断与靶向给药,藉此有望减少血栓相关疾病的发病率,研究意义重大。

项目针对传统可穿戴设备贴合性差、易脱落等问题,基于柔性电子与智能材料交叉领域展开研究。技术难点在于实现织物高粘附性的同时,需兼顾透气性、生物相容性及反复使用特性,并解决动态环境下粘附力衰减问题。项目将通过仿生微结构设计与动态交联聚合物合成,开发出具有湿度响应特性的多层织物结构,利用表面拓扑调控和分子间作用力优化,使材料在人体汗液环境下仍能维持稳定粘附。成果可广泛应用于医疗监测、运动康复和军事防护领域,其无胶自粘特性不仅提升了穿戴舒适度,更突破了传统传感器与人体耦合的技术瓶颈,为构建长期稳定的人机交互界面提供了创新解决方案,推动了智能纺织品在精准医疗和物联网领域的发展进程。

牛仔服饰是兼具文化符号与功能性的全球时尚标杆,承载百年工艺传承与大众消费需求。中国牛仔布产业年产值超600亿元,出口额占全球35%(2022年数据)。作为纺织工业高附加值品类,牛仔布产业通过联动棉纺、印染、成衣加工及设计服务形成产业链核心环节,带动就业超百万人。在以激光洗水、生物酶处理等绿色工艺创新等行业,引领技术转型,加速碳中和进程,在国家纺织业中兼具经济贡献、生态升级与全球竞争力的战略地位。然而,在牛仔水洗过程中,机械摩擦、化学助剂或水洗工艺参数控制不当,会引发靛蓝染料从牛仔布表面脱落并迁移至浅色辅料(如白色裤兜)的问题,导致织物串色。该问题直接影响产品品质、合格率、增加返工成本。本项目将通过构建全新的防染助剂,从助剂分子维度优化调控分子电荷,引入静电斥力来抑制靛蓝与纤维素结合,增大空间位阻来防止染料迁移。借助该新型高效防沾色剂,将阻断水洗过程中靛蓝染料在织物上的二次吸附,实现牛仔产品品质提升。
