血栓的形成常常引发心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、肺栓塞等心脑血管疾病,对人体健康造成极大威胁。然而,由于当前临床医疗成像手段的不足,血栓的诊断(成像)仅限于血栓成型晚期,由此导致的治疗窗口狭窄常常让患者错失最佳治疗时机。此外,传统注射给药方式下的溶栓药物面临半衰期短,剂量不易控制,以及易引发局部出血等问题。鉴于此,本课题旨在建构一种兼具溶栓与成像功能的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系。借助该体系对血栓的靶向粘附性,对血栓进行近红外成像,实现对血栓的定位与示踪,取得血栓诊断效果;与此同时,近红外响应下的光热转化,驱使该体系可以靶向地在血栓处释放溶栓药物,实现对血凝块的消融,达到血栓清除的目的。本研究以常见的近红外响应为基础,借助全新构建的纳米靶向血栓诊疗体系,同时实现血栓早期诊断与靶向给药,藉此有望减少血栓相关疾病的发病率,研究意义重大。

项目针对传统可穿戴设备贴合性差、易脱落等问题,基于柔性电子与智能材料交叉领域展开研究。技术难点在于实现织物高粘附性的同时,需兼顾透气性、生物相容性及反复使用特性,并解决动态环境下粘附力衰减问题。项目将通过仿生微结构设计与动态交联聚合物合成,开发出具有湿度响应特性的多层织物结构,利用表面拓扑调控和分子间作用力优化,使材料在人体汗液环境下仍能维持稳定粘附。成果可广泛应用于医疗监测、运动康复和军事防护领域,其无胶自粘特性不仅提升了穿戴舒适度,更突破了传统传感器与人体耦合的技术瓶颈,为构建长期稳定的人机交互界面提供了创新解决方案,推动了智能纺织品在精准医疗和物联网领域的发展进程。
